With more than a decade of experience in management consulting, I’ve worked with leaders at every level, from non-profit organizations and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. While projects may vary, my purpose remains the same: to empower leaders and teams to reimagine today’s workplace challenges.

Known for my fearless yet empathetic approach, I’ve helped hundreds of leaders cut through the noise and tackle challenges using a different lens. Specializing in strategic facilitation, executive advisory, personalized assessments, and coaching, I take a root-cause, human-centered approach to equipping leaders with the tools to gain clarity, strengthen alignment, and create solutions that drive action, build momentum, and deliver meaningful results.

When I'm not facilitating or coaching, you can find me planning my next adventure, whether it’s a new travel destination, a wellness experience, or a challenge that pushes my health and strength. Based in Baltimore, my happy place is anywhere near the water. Drawn to adventure, I now finds it right in my backyard with my playful husband, toddler, and dog.
